What We Offer

CERTIFIED COACHES

All of our coaches are CrossFit L1 and L2 certified. They can assist you in achieving a balance between effective technique and high intensity. They will also help you to scale any movements so that you will always get the best workout possible.

TEEN & TWEEN CLASSES

Our Teens and Tweens classes are Monday – Thursday from 4:00 – 5:00 PM. These classes introduce kids, ages 9+, to CrossFit movements and methodologies in a safe and fun environment. As they progress, they are introduced to heavier weights and higher intensity. Check out our PLANS AND PRICING for more info.

COMMUNITY

Saratoga Springs CrossFit is a real community – our members know each other’s names, root for each other during workouts, and even socialize together outside of the gym. We pride ourselves on not being your standard gym. Our gym is a community; a family that sweats and suffers, laughs with and supports each other. We look forward to adding you to our family.

NUTRITION

Nutrition is an important element to your overall health. Along with your fitness journey at SSCF, we are also here to help you with your dietary needs. If you are not seeing the results you would like, or your progress has stalled, we offer a NUTRITION CONSULTATION PACKAGE with Nat. She has her Precision Nutrition Level 1 and a Certificate in Exercise Nutrition.
