Challenge Prizes

Certified Coaches

All of our coaches have their CrossFit L1 Certification. They can assist you in achieving a balance between effective technique and high intensity. They will also help you to scale any movements so that you will always get the best workout possible.

Kids and Teens Classes

Kids classes are every Monday from 3:00 - 3:45 PM. They introduce children as young as 5 to CrossFit movements and methodology in a safe environment. Our teens class is Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 4:00 - 4:45 PM. This is a similar environment to our kids class, but introduces some heavier weights and higher intensity.

Nutrition Classes

This is taught by a certified nutritionist in 6 week blocks. At the beginning of the block you are "pinched" and weighed so that progress can be tracked from week to week. Each week, meal plans are prepared and customized to meet your specific goals.

Community

Saratoga Springs CrossFit is a real community – our members know each other’s names, root for each other during workouts, and even socialize together outside of the gym. We pride ourselves on not being your standard gym. Our gym is a community; a family that sweats and suffers, laughs with and supports each other. We look forward to adding you to our family.

"About 7 months ago I looked into this crazy thing called Crossfit, I heard about it when I served in the Army, but didn't know much about it.
