What is CrossFit?

The CrossFit program incorporates full body motions and specific body weight exercises including but not limited to: gymnastic movements, jumping, climbing, kettlebell training, rowing, and more randomly combined movements at various intensities with short rest periods to achieve optimal results. Because each CrossFit workout will be constantly changing and consistently challenging, there is little room for your body to plateau, your results to stagnate, and for your routine to bore you.

Saratoga Springs CrossFit is a real community – our members know each other’s names, root for each other during workouts, and even socialize together outside of the gym. We pride ourselves on not being your standard gym. Our gym is a community; a family that sweats and suffers, laughs with and supports each other. We look forward to adding you to our family.

    5:00 AM - 8:00 PM

    * Last class begins at 7:00 PM

  • Friday

    5:00 AM - 6:00 PM

    * Last class begins at 5:00 PM

  • Saturday

    7:00 AM - 10:00 AM

Summer Kids Classes

These classes are held in a one-week block and are a great way to have your children be introduced to CrossFit while in a safe, supportive environment.
